 Sunwarp Recording Studio is a fully professional digital audio production facility.
We offer state of the art sound quality at unheard-of rates. We cater to all types of projects and
music styles.
All projects are done on a custom built computer with a variety of music production software.
 We offer a full mastering service as well that will take your recordings from good to perfect.
 A raw two track mix isn't what you want on the CD you want to sell... not even a demo.
Mastering puts your recordings through several stages. We'll clean up the beginnings and endings 
of tracks (fades), adding EQ, noise reduction, and compression to the whole mix.
Finally, the level of the songs are maxed to make
the songs as loud as possible without cranking the volume knob.
 Whether you’re recording your first demo or tracking out a massively elaborate album,

 We understand that recording can sometimes be a headache.
After twenty takes of the same guitar line, the studio environment can start to feel stuffy
and then the session gets frustrating. We try our very best to keep that from happening
by making our clients feel like they are just "hanging out". 
Sometimes, you just have to take a break and chill.
 We like to let our clients know that it’s cool to just kick back and enjoy their studio experience.
Other studios watch every tick of the clock and take account of every minute. Not at Sunwarp.
Being relaxed and not worrying about the clock is a huge part of cutting a record.
We pride ourselves in making sure your time at our facility is stress free and fun...

 Do you have songs that you’d like to record but don’t have the musicians to back you?
Do you have lyrics that need music? Is there a melody in your head that just might be a hit song
if you had the right lyrics? Fret not, we’ve got you covered.
 There is a wide variety of top notch musicians in our "little black book". Guitarists, drummers,
bass players, keyboardists, horn players, harmonica players, string players, and singers.
We even have a weird little dude that’ll show up if you just gotta have "more cowbell". 
 We are all experienced songwriters and artists here at the studio
We will do our very best to help you create the song that you’re hearing in your head.
Whether it’s the lyrics or writing the whole tune, we’ll call in the troops until you’re satisfied.
 If you require a pro voice-over for your project, we have contacts to some of the top
radio personalities in the area. Like session musicians,
these guys are available for whatever your needs may be.
 
*PRODUCING
 
 Do you need some assistance getting your tunes ready for the general public or a record label?
Each of our engineers are great producers and are ready to help you on your recording journey.
Sometimes you might need an extra chorus, an added solo after the bridge, or maybe even an
idea that you would've never thought of. These small things can be the "make or break" for a song.
 Our engineers are there to help. If you are interested in some extra input, we'll be glad to help.
If you know exactly what you want, that's awesome too! The CD that a client walks out with not
only speaks for the artist, it also represents the studio. It's all about making our clients happy
and making sure that they get exactly what they want from us. Let's turn you up to "eleven" !
 
*KARAOKE RECORDING
 
 Need a CD for a vocal contest or an audition for a group?
Maybe you’d like to record a song for someone special?
A quick and easy way to assure a good backing track is to record your vocals with a karaoke CD.
Take a look through our library of karaoke discs and make a CD of your favorite song!
If we don’t have the song or the version that you desire, we can get it for you.
 Karaoke recording is a great way to get perfect album quality sound in a fraction of the time.
We’ll set you up with a video monitor that displays the lyrics, just like at your favorite karaoke bar.
The only difference is, you’ll be singing into a state of the art studio microphone.
Oh yeah, and there won’t be any obnoxious drunks!
 Record a CD as a gift and be the "star" of someone’s holiday. That’s just a thought.
 
*MEDIA FORMAT CONVERSIONS & DUPLICATION
 
 Have you ever been digging around and found an old master tape from 1972 that you’d like to
listen to? Darned if your old reel to reel machine just won’t work anymore. In this case,
and many others, we can help. 
 Like most musicians, you probably have old recordings laying around. Cassette recordings
of band practices or studio sessions from back in the day¦ maybe even home movies
on some really crispy old VHS tape. Let us convert your old formatted media into something
a bit more modern.
 If you prefer the vintage analog sound, we can go the opposite route. In some cases,
It’s not unheard of to put digital audio onto an analog format such as reel to reel tape.
 We can always clean up the sound and make it better than it was originally by putting through
the mastering process.
Whatever your case might be, the quality and longevity of your recordings are what’s important.
Why not preserve them as they should be?
 Once converted, we can duplicate as many copies as you need.

 If you need a promo shot or a great band photo, we're able to get that done for you.
There are several really cool locations within walking distance of the studio to take some
great shots. Granted, we are not pro photographers, however, we know what a good band photo
should look like. Greta’s work is rather awesome. She is an amazing photographer as well as
one of our session players.
 If you need some photos for a demo or even an album cover, we just might be able to
do it for you. Sometimes the pro’s just don’t get it.
Like recording, sometimes things can be too clean.
 
*PHOTO SCANNING & ALTERING
 
 Got photos? We can do a number of things with your favorite snapshots.
The first thing you need to do is get those old photos scanned in high resolution.
We can do just that as to preserve your precious memories. Once scanned,
we can crop them, resize them, add effects to them, convert them to black & white. Etc.
 Many different pictures can be combined into a creative collage. Once the photos are edited,
they are burned onto a high quality compact disc. From that CD, they can be printed onto
high gloss photo paper or made into a digital slide show. 
 
*PHOTO SLIDE SHOWS WITH AUDIO (avi. or Windows movie maker file)
 
 Another fun thing to do with your pictures is to make a movie with them.
We can put your photographs in any order you wish in a slide show.
The best part about doing this is that we can put audio along with the pictures.
 You decide how you want the photos to change in the slide show. They can zoom in and out,
fade in and out, come in from the side, etc. Once that has been decided,
we can add a voice over, music, or sound effects as the slide show plays.
This can be done with scanned or digital photos.
 
*LABEL & COVER DESIGN
 
 Now that you’ve got your hit tunes recorded, you need a label to put on the disc.
Like the many things we can do with your photos, our office computer can do wonders with the
cosmetic look of your album. Let us help you design a professional package that will easily sell.
 A nice looking jewel case insert and disc label are the selling points that a potential listener
checks out before buying an album. If the packaging is appealing and the song titles are visible,
the CD is more likely to sell.
 A tip ~ Pack the CD as full of music as possible; list the time (min:sec) of each song.
The more music there is, the more likely it will sell. Make the song titles and times visible on the
back of the cover. Info such as the producer, the studio, the date the album was cut, and record
label is important.
 Potential fans crave information; the more you give¦ the more you sell.
Your CD has to make a first impression. You want to give as much as you can at first glance.
We can help you design that perfect album cover. 
 
*CATERED MEALS (for in house recording clients)
 
 We take the meaning of "catering to our clients" to another level. By that we mean, we actually
"cater" for our clients. If you or your band has time booked at our studio,
we make sure that you are fed; and fed well. This service is available to anyone who records
with us¦ not just clients that book 10 hour blocks 10 days in a row.
 We operate a catering business out of the same facility as the studio.
It’s a small business and since I’m the head cook as well as the head engineer at the studio¦
so, nothing interferes¦ and schedule-wise... what I say, goes.
 I always wished I could’ve been catered to like a "star" when I recorded in studios.
Over the years of recording and working in studios, I felt that paying clients should be
treated like "stars". So, when I started Sunwarp Recording Studio,
I decided that my clients would feel as if they were at home rather than in an uptight,
clock watching, stuffy, board meeting.
 During an average studio session, there’s a break when the keyboardist goes to McDonalds,
the drummer goes to Arby’s, and the bass player gets roped in to going to the taco bell
drive through for the rest of the band. I always hated seeing that happen.
 Musicians are working hard when they’re in the studio; there’s no reason to eat garbage.
While working at Sunwarp Recording Studio, for the price of crappy fast food,
we will cater a meal for your band.
 A home cooked meal so good it’ll make you wanna slap yer mamma! That’s a promise.
